Winter School 🧣 started today~ (^▽^)✨✨✨
Pre-K1 & Kinder friends spent the whole day surrounded by Christmas 🎄!

After Circle Time, they had the chance to read Christmas 🎄 picture books as much as they liked, sing Christmas songs, play Christmas Bingo, and guess the Gingerbread shapes. They even made Gingerbread Houses! From the morning, they relaxed and fully enjoyed the Christmas spirit. (´ω`)💕💕💕

Meanwhile, what are the Infant & Toddler (spending time together during Winter School) up to…👀❓

They are kneading something inside bags. Yes, they are making rice paste! Leftover rice from lunch is frozen and then used to make the paste again. This will be used as materials for SDGs art 🎨. To ensure there are no rice grains left, they gently mash it with their fingertips (fine motor exercise).

What are the Infants doing? They are tearing white paper into tiny pieces, continuously ripping (fine motor exercise). Yes, they are tearing thin paper into small strips.

Now, with rice paste and finely torn paper, ♬What shall we make with rice paste and torn paper, what shall we make~♫

Over the week, we’ll be challenging ourselves to make snowman ⛄ lampshades! (The image is a sample.)
How will everyone’s snowman ⛄ turn out? What expressions will they have? (´▽｀)❓

Finally, we have the familiar “delicious face ( *´艸｀)”. This week’s snack involves cooking. On day one, it was “Snowman ⛄ Pancakes”. While the Toddler & Infant friends were napping, the Pre-K1 & Kinder friends made pancakes. They topped the white pancakes with whipped cream and colored sugar. Each snowman ⛄ turned out just as they imagined~!ヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ👏👏👏!…but before long, they all disappeared into everyone’s bellies (￣▽￣;)💦💦💦
