Today was a public holiday, and 12 friends joined our joint childcare day! (*”▽”)🎉🎉🎉
In the morning, we played outside in the schoolyard, getting plenty of exercise. After enjoying lunch together, the Infant and Toddler friends took a well-deserved nap (because sleep is so important for little ones! ｀・ω・´)ゞ). Meanwhile, our Kinder friends worked hard with the teachers to prepare a special snack for everyone. (´ω｀)💕💕💕

Although both books were in English, our Infant and Toddler friends listened attentively! (￣▽￣)ｂ✨ They learned that Valentine’s Day is a time to express love and appreciation for the important people in our lives—family, friends, neighbors, and more!

💗 Craft Time
① Heart-shaped Chocolates
② Teddy Bears
For our chocolate craft, we used brown paper to resemble chocolates and decorated them with heart-shaped stickers, sparkly stickers, and masking tape. The result? Some truly wonderful Valentine’s chocolates! ( =ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ✨✨✨

🥣 Snack Cooking
Strawberry Fruit Sandwiches

Ingredients:
🍓 Strawberries
🍞 Sliced bread (store-bought)
🍦 Whipped cream (store-bought)

While the younger children were napping, the Kinder friends and teachers worked together to make strawberry fruit sandwiches for everyone! They checked and sanitized the cooking tools, confirmed the ingredients, and then got to work. The teachers handled the cutting, while the children spread the cream onto the bread and carefully placed the strawberries inside.

They whispered, “Let it be delicious, let it be delicious~”, as they worked. ♬ Before we knew it, the sandwiches were all gone—eaten up in no time!ヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ🍓🍓🍓

And, of course, we captured some adorable “yummy faces” 💗 from everyone today!
