The pastry chefs at 🌹RRIS🌹 have baked a pumpkin Mont Blanc! 🎃(=゚ω゚)ノ🍰💕

The dedicated cooking instructor at 🌹RRIS🌹 is introducing the recipe.
🎃Pumpkin Montblanc
Cake: Rice Flour, Sugar, Cooking Oil, Tofu, Soy Milk, Lemon Juice, Baking Powder
Cream: Kabocha Squash, Unsalted Butter, Sugar, Soy Milk

What is the most important thing when making sweets? That’s right! It is measuring the ingredients properly. Make sure topour the lemon juice slowly and be careful when measuring it.

Don’t mix it too much, otherwise it will be too hard after baking. ( ̄ー ̄)b

Mash the tofu, then mix in rice flour, sugar, cooking oil, soy milk, and lemon juice. Finally, add the baking powder and gently mix it all together. Divide the mixture evenly into a pound cake mold, and then let the oven take care of the rest!

After that, the pastry chefs finished off the pumpkin cream. The baked cake turned out moist and fluffy, and the cream had a gentle sweetness that came naturally from the pumpkin. This cooking session in October was themed around Halloween 🎃👻. We all enjoyed it together! ٩( ”ω” )و🌟🌟🌟 What truly deserves admiration is the heartfelt recipe from the dedicated cooking instructor at 🌹RRIS🌹. There are children who cannot have milk, and some who have never tried these ingredients before. Each time, we adapt the recipe with ingredients that all the children can enjoy, while also incorporating the instructor’s commitment to being “CUTE” and making things adorable.

Seeing the children’s excited smiles during the cooking process, the serious focus they have while finishing with toppings, and their joyful expressions when they see the cute final results is incredibly rewarding. And above all, the happiest moment is when we all eat together and shout, “Delicious! (≧▽≦)💕💕💕!” The teachers carefully prepare each recipe to see those smiles.

I wonder what recipes are waiting for us next month.
Yummy ~ (´▽`)✨✨✨
