The day after Halloween is All Saints’ Day. 🎃👻

💡 All Saints’ Day is a religious event dedicated to praying for all saints and martyrs. Halloween is celebrated on October 31st as the eve of All Saints’ Day, a Catholic holiday that honors all saints on November 1st. Since it is the evening (eve) before All Hallows’ Day, it was originally called All Hallow’s Eve, which later became Hallow E’en and eventually Halloween.
The origin of Halloween dates back thousands of years to an ancient Celtic harvest festival. Elements of ancient Roman festivals were later incorporated, and as Christianity spread, Halloween evolved into its current form. In other words, Halloween is a blend of three elements: ancient Celtic traditions, ancient Roman influences, and Christianity. ( ̄ー ̄)b

That aside, 🌹RRIS🌹 is fully enjoying autumn the day after! ٩( ”ω” )و🍁🍃🍂

Up first is our Infant friends. 🍂This artwork deepens our learning of fallen leaves and acorns.🎨

Their skills are really leveling up! Attaching those torn pieces of colored paper to the tree trunk adds a lovely, textured look. You can choose a favorite forest animal—like a squirrel, flying squirrel, raccoon, fox, or hedgehog—and place it sitting cutely at the tree roots. Then, it’ll be complete! ( =゚ω゚)ノ👏👏👏

Next up are the toddlers! Today, they’re taking on an apple 🍎 threading activity, perfect for boosting those fine motor skills. It’s really working wonders for their dexterity! (*’▽’)b

The friends who joined in October have quickly become close not only with their classmates but also with friends from other classes and even the teachers. It’s so moving to see the kids growing and supporting each other. (ノД`)・゜・。💦

Here we have Pre-K1 and Kinder. They are diving deeper into exploring trees! And what a coincidence—they’re creating the same art as the infants 🎨. Perhaps they’re on the same wavelength? ❓(´艸`*)

Lately, both 🌹RRIS🌹 and 🌹RRCD🌹 have been getting into the soft, fluffy paper clay trend. I think something amazing is about to come out of it! (’▽) I can’t wait to see the finished pieces once they dry! (”ω”)🌟🌟🌟

Looking forward to next week’s coming events and lessons. I can see why you can’t take your eyes off 🌹RRIS🌹! There’s so much creativity and excitement happening! (=゚ω゚)ノ✨✨✨
