Today, we delivered a handmade Christmas 🎄 from the 🌹RRIS🌹 staff to the friends coming to Minoh Q’s Mall (≧▽≦)🎄🎅⛄♫.
Ah, this is the famous Yuzuru-sama of the Takino-michi (Waterfall Path), isn’t it? I never imagined I would meet them in such a place. It’s a pleasure to meet you today (m(__)m).
💡 There are rumors that this is a place where one can encounter “Minoh’s Yuzu” (a type of citrus fruit) being promoted.
The decorations prepared at school were quickly set up… Σ(ﾟДﾟ；≡；ﾟдﾟ)💦
Soon, five families will be arriving٩( ”ω” )و✨✨✨
0-year-olds, 2-year-olds, 4-year-olds, and 5-year-olds. Parents, please enjoy the event together as well ( =ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ🎵
🎄Today’s Program ⛄
Part 1 Xmas songs
- We wish you a merry Xmas
- Frosty, the Snowman
First, we started with the classic Christmas 🎄 song. After explaining the meaning of the lyrics, the children read the English lyrics with the teacher and sang along to the music. What was surprising was that the parents were carefully looking at the lyrics and practicing hard to keep up with the song. We are all very grateful for this (´ω｀)💕💕💕.
By the way, “Frosty, the Snowman” is about a snowman ⛄ who wants to play with the children before he melts and goes up to the sky, and the snowman promises the children, “Don’t cry. I’ll definitely come back again someday.” It really touches the heart (ノД`)・゜・。
Part 2 Xmas Picture books
- Max’s Christmas
- My First Christmas
“Max’s Christmas” is a long-selling picture book about Max, who can’t fall asleep on Christmas Eve while waiting for Santa 🎅, and his sister Ruby, who tries to help him sleep. The interactions between Max and Ruby, along with Santa Claus 🎅, are very cute and heartwarming.
“My First Christmas” is a book that depicts everything related to Christmas 🎄 in warm, adorable illustrations. The page with milk and cookies reflects a caring and hospitable spirit for Santa Claus 🎅 and the reindeer, as they race through the cold, chilly night sky on Christmas Eve (´ω`)💕💕💕.
Part 3. Xmas Craft
- Santa Claus Mask
- Shaka-shaka Xmas Wreath
At the event, we made a “Santa Claus Mask” that allows you to become Santa 🎅 in an instant, and a “Shaka-shaka Xmas Wreath.” The older, more dexterous children made two masks. For the second craft, the “Shaka-shaka Xmas Wreath,” the children painted a Christmas tree 🎄 and a snowman ⛄ inside the wreath with their favorite colors. Afterwards, the staff assembled the wreath by adding the parts the children had chosen.
It seems that all the children enjoyed the crafts and storybooks. The parents, in between their childcare and housework, made the effort to come to the venue. Thank you very much for your participation!
